Individual Therapy

When life feels tangled, you don’t have to sort through it alone.

Sometimes it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what’s wrong. You may just know that something feels off, overwhelming, or heavier than it should.

Maybe your thoughts keep circling around the same problem. Maybe you’re navigating a relationship, a transition, anxiety, stress, grief, or a decision you can’t seem to make. Or maybe life looks fine from the outside, but internally, things feel a little more complicated.

Individual therapy gives you a place to slow things down and start untangling what’s underneath it all.

Individual therapy may be a good fit if…

  • You find yourself stuck in the same thoughts, patterns, or worries
  • You’re overwhelmed and aren’t quite sure where to start
  • You’re navigating a change, loss, relationship, or difficult season of life
  • You understand what you’re doing but can’t seem to change the pattern
  • You spend a lot of time taking care of everyone else and have little space for yourself
  • You want to better understand your emotions, relationships, or reactions
  • You want someone who can listen without judgment while also offering honest feedback
  • You’re ready for something to change, even if you’re not quite sure what that looks like yet

This is your space to untangle.

Therapy doesn’t have to mean sitting down and immediately uncovering everything that has ever happened to you. And you don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on.

We start with where you are.

Together, we’ll look at what’s happening now, identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin separating what is helpful from what is no longer working. Along the way, we’ll build on the strengths you already have and find practical ways to create meaningful, sustainable change.

You set the pace. My role is to bring curiosity, perspective, clinical experience, and sometimes a little humor into the room while helping you see things from a different angle.

Because sometimes clarity doesn’t come from having all the answers.

It comes from finally having the space to untangle the questions.
