You don't have to have it all figured out before you begin. Let's work together to untangle what's keeping you stuck and create meaningful, lasting change.

What I Believe
I believe therapy should feel like two people working together—not one person telling the other what to do. My role isn't to give you all the answers. It's to help you make sense of what's keeping you stuck, recognize the strengths you already have, and discover practical ways to move forward.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), I naturally look beyond the individual. I believe our relationships, families, environments, and life experiences all shape who we are. When one part of the system begins to change, the ripple effects often extend far beyond that one person. That's one of the things I love most about this work—watching small, intentional changes create meaningful shifts in relationships, families, and everyday life.
My style is collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth. I enjoy helping people find solutions that fit their real lives while incorporating mindfulness, sustainable self-care, and a healthy dose of curiosity along the way. I also believe therapy should be genuine and, when the moment is right, include a little humor. Growth is hard work, but that doesn't mean every session has to feel heavy.
No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and gently challenged when you need it most. Together, we'll untangle what's no longer serving you, build on your existing strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I don't believe therapy is about fixing people—because I don't believe people are broken. I believe it's about understanding yourself more clearly, recognizing the patterns that no longer serve you, and creating meaningful change that extends far beyond the therapy room.
