Hello! I am a licensed therapist and ready to join you in the next chapter in your journey. I love new experiences and love to go on adventures.

Having lived in Colorado since I was 7, I enjoy all it has to offer from the busy lights of the city to the serenity of the mountains. I have 12 years of experience working in mental health including: adult and juvenile detention centers, emergency rooms, inpatient facilities, mobile crisis and co-dispatching, and in a crisis center.

I also bring along life experiences of being in a marriage and having a family. I love what I do and bring that passion to each of my sessions. I look at the world from a systemic point of view: how we all connect and how one change will affect all the other parts.
